Dattar Systems Announces
Integration of AppraisalTrac™ with ACI Version 8 |

CONCORD, CA - November 2, 2001 -
Dattar Systems, Inc., a provider of information technology solutions, announced
today the successful integration of AppraisalTrac™ with Version 8 (V8) of
the ACI Collection for Windows.
The integration between AppraisalTrac
and V8 allows appraisers to seamlessly interact with their clients who use
AppraisalTrac as their collateral services management solution. Appraisers can
now send completed PDF and ACI formatted reports directly from within the ACI
form-fill software. Appraisers can also send status messages and update status
information from within ACI. This integration makes it simple for the appraiser
to interact with their client (lender or appraisal company) through the
client's automated system. This integration helps reduce the phone calls, faxes
and e-mail usually associated with the appraisal order and fulfillment process.
It also eliminates the problems associated with delivering status and
appraisals via e-mail.
In addition to the seamless integration of
status and report results, the interface module will also allow a "starter"
file to be created from the AppraisalTrac system. Appraisal order data
contained within AppraisalTrac (e.g. property address, borrower info) can be
used to create an ACI appraisal report file. This new feature of AppraisalTrac
will save the appraiser valuable time in the completion of the appraisal report
and will help reduce data entry errors.
