Dattar Systems Completes
Interface between AppraisalTrac™ and Calyx®
Point® |

CONCORD, CA - December 4, 2001 -
Dattar Systems, Inc., a provider of information technology solutions, announced
today the successful integration of AppraisalTrac™ with Calyx Point, the
dominant market leader in front-end mortgage processing software.
The
AppraisalTrac interface will allow Point users to order collateral services,
such as AVM's and Appraisals, from within the Point software. The interface
benefits both Point users and AppraisalTrac clients. AppraisalTrac clients will
be able to have their services listed on the Calyx Point menu, exposing them to
a wider audience of potential clients. Point users will no longer have to exit
the program to order services from an AppraisalTrac client.
"AppraisalTrac clients will now be able to join the elite service
providers who are part of the Preferred Point Partner™ network,"
stated Dattar CEO Karl Dattar. "The interface between Point and AppraisalTrac
makes it possible to start and complete the appraisal ordering process in less
time than it takes to print and fax a request. This integration is an important
step in the pursuit of a seamless end-to-end electronic mortgage transaction."
Another advantage of being part of the Preferred Point Partner program
is that there is no transaction fees charged to either party for using the
interface between the two systems.
