Dattar Systems, Inc. has released a new version of AppraisalTrac™, its
web-based residential appraisal workflow system. The new version includes
enhanced MIS reporting capabilities and a facility to download transaction data
into Microsoft® Access, Excel or other format. Also included are
improved appraiser panel management features, which allow lenders to easily
assign appraisal orders, based on appraiser coverage area and real-time
workload.
The AppraisalTrac™ application, which
is built on IBM® technology, is available as a hosted application or as a
turnkey solution. Mortgage lenders utilizing AppraisalTrac have their own
dedicated, branded site that is customized to their business rules.
Lenders use AppraisalTrac to collaborate with their fee or staff appraisers,
loan officers, and appraisal personnel. AppraisalTrac eliminates
redundant data entry between departments and ensures accurate data entry using
the lenders own business rules to deliver reliable, highly accessible appraisal
data.
